Current Project

This project is a documentary exploration into the unique relationship between Montana State University’s Engineers Without Borders chapter and the M-Koko Trust, a nonprofit in Khwisero, Kenya. Over the past 20 years, the two organizations have worked together with the community to complete critical infrastructure projects in Khwisero.

Now, they’re pioneering a new way of working together: for the construction of a science lab at the Mushikongolo Junior Secondary School, M-Koko will be the general contractor. It’s new territory for everyone involved, so it’s success would mark a significant change in the way contracting works in Khwisero.

There’s no blueprint for success when you’re challenging the status quo.
